Complaint
The Minot ND store is an absolute frickin *** show. It is so dirty and things are laying in the bottom of the shelves on the hanging areas.
I walked around the store and immediately decides to make a complaint. The floors look like they have t been mopped or swept since Christmas . Totally disgusting and a turnoff!
I suggest corporate make an unannounced visit. Ive been in a lot of TJMaxx stores and the best store I have ever seen is the one in Bismarck ND run by Leann Klein.

I want to express my upset and utter humiliation from my experience today in TK Maxx, Newry. The treatment I received from the management on duty was horrific.
Last week, on the 15/05/2024, I drove 45 minutes from home, to visit TK Maxx in Newry.
I picked up three items of clothing from the girls section, one of which was a four piece, so two outfits on one hanger. I also picked up a toy school bus and a childrens book. With my toddler and a trolley in tow, I transferred the entirety of my basket onto the counter, and the cashier scanned/dealt with and bagged all of these items for me. She continued to charge me and produce my receipt, which she then also put into said bag for me.
I left the store immediately, with the bag of items the cashier had passed back to me. It wasnt until later when we got home, that I noticed one of the outfits on the 4-piece still had the security tag attached to it. This was an inconvenience as I mentioned previously, we live 45 minutes from the store.
Today, the 23/05/2024, I returned to TK Maxx in Newry with my toddler, to get the security tag removed. I had a little browse around the store first before heading up to the checkout with the item in question in the same bag, along with the receipt I received on the 15/05/2024.
When I got to the checkout, I explained my situation to the girl on the till and provided her with my receipt, she said she could remove it for me no problem. However, as she checked my receipt, she mentioned that the items code wasnt on the receipt and asked was it possible I may have got a separate receipt, or purchased it on a different day to the items that were on the receipt. I told her, no, thats the only receipt I received, and I got them all together on the same day. She notified her supervisor / manager of the situation, who came to take over the situation.
This is where my experience became utterly humiliating, that resulted in me shocked and crying in my car afterwards.
I want to note first, that I never thought to double-check my receipt before going back into the store on the 23/05/2014, as I just presumed everything else was in order, given that everything was bagged by the cashier on the 15/05/2024.
As numerous other members of staff and customers watched on, the supervisor / manager on duty went on to quiz me and totally gaslight me regarding the events of 15/05/2024. Initially she wasnt that bad, merely suggesting that perhaps the item just wasnt scanned, which would explain why it wasnt on the receipt (Although, I never received an apology nor ounce of empathy).
After "going to look into it", she went on to become increasingly condescending, and blatantly told me that this item never crossed the desk, insinuating that I shoplifted the item or kept it in my possession while the other items were scanned and paid for. Which I know was absolutely not the case. I suggested they look back on the CCTV footage, which she promptly replied I did, thats why I could tell there was a yellow toy truck.
I was totally taken aback by her statement and attitude, because if she analysed the CCTV footage sufficiently, she would see that I did in fact pass every item in my basket over the desk to the cashier on duty, and left immediately after, with only the bagged goods that were given to me. I also dont understand how she could insinuate me shoplifting a 4-piece clothing set, while I was on my own, with no other bags or anything, and a two year old toddler in one hand and the bagged items given to me in the other hand? She was gaslighting me and insinuating that I didnt put the items on the desk at the till, and intentionally left with them after. In total and utter disbelief of how I was being treated, surrounded by onlookers having stood there with my toddler for what felt like forever, I clarified, so theres nothing that can be done?.
To which she replied smugly, theres nothing we can do here, sorry, as she placed the item back in the bag and pushed it back over the counter to me.
I would love if someone of higher status than this woman looked over the CCTV footage of my entire time at the store on the 15/05/2024, to observe that the staff here were in the wrong and acknowledge that I have been both horribly mistreated and wrongly accused.
I have been to this store dozens of times, have left a lot of money here. However, unfortunately, following my treatment in TK Maxx, Newry today, I will never be returning.

I Stood on a clothing tag loose on the floor in the Millers Junction store and it popped my shoe (nike air max). The manager was quite rude and reluctantly took my information.
This was 3 months ago, i have tried to get in touch and have my issue resolved. They will email me once when i threaten to take them to the ombudsman and then stop responding.
Absolutely disgusting treatment and I imagine if I broke something in their store I would have to pay for it, but not the other way around. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

I brought a hand bag on 6/10/23 for my mum for Xmas from the Bexleyheath branch TK MAXX
My mum was pleased with the size and that it had a strap. She is 84 and wanted to have one with a strap for security, as its not safe for her to carry one with handles now.
She also has to walk with a stick now. When she took it out and it was raining. The rain went down the gaps on either end into the handbag, either when she had it strapped across her body. She asked if I could return it and exchange it for a different one.
I didnt think it would be a problem.
I took the hand bag and the receipt back to Bexleyheath on I tried to explain the problem to the sale assistant. She asked to see the receipt. Which I gave her. I said Im not asking for a refund, just an exchange.
The sale assistant said this is the design. I said it may be the design, but its no use to my 84 year mum if everything gets wet. I said the reason I got the hand bag was so she can wear it across her board. She repeated this is the design and she will not exchange it.
I said so my mum can only use the handbag when its dry. The sales assistant said for my mum to use a umbrella. I said that means my mum has to buy another handbag for when its rains. The sales assistant went off to speak to her manager.
She then came back and repeated the same thing. Thats the design of the handbag and they wont exchange it. I was not impressed with her attitude and the fact that she was unwilling to listen. She obviously thought I was untrustworthy and I had changed my mind about the handbag.
As I said my mum is 84 and walks with a stick.
She cannot carry an umbrella as well as a shopping bag.
Which is another reason why she wanted a handbag with a strap.
I do think its unfair that i cannot exchange this handbag for my mum. She feels awful now for telling me about it.
I would be grateful if this can be sorted out and I can exchange this handbag for another for my mum.

Dear TK Maxx Customer Service,
I am writing to express my deep disappointment and frustration regarding a recent shopping experience at your TK Maxx store located in Tottenham Hale on Saturday, November 4th, around 7 p.m. The behaviour and attitude of your staff during my visit left me with a very negative impression of your company.
Upon entering the store, I had hoped for a pleasant shopping experience.
However, I was met with indifference and rudeness from one of your sales assistants, Najiba, who was seated on a stool in the click and collection area and appeared to be on a break. When I approached her and said, "Hi, I am here to collect an order," in a friendly manner to initiate a conversation, she gave no acknowledgement and appeared uninterested in my presence. She grabbed the store device and started to look at it without any response.
I then mentioned, "Sorry, I just said hello, and you remained quiet, and now you are looking at a mobile phone. Is there a reason?" She continued to look through the store device and replied, "This is not a mobile.
It's the store device." I acknowledged that it was indeed a store device but expressed my disappointment that she didn't even acknowledge me and went straight to the device without a word.
In response, she said, "Would you like me to help you or not?" To which I replied, "No, please. Can you get someone else?"
The store manager, Amama, then came and took over, asking me for the details of the order. Najiba was still being rude in front of the manager, who said nothing to her but just moved her to a till.
To make matters worse, when I decided to bring this issue to the attention of the store manager, Amama, I was met with even more disappointment. I asked if that was normal behaviour, and all she said was yes or no, madame.
Rather than addressing the issue seriously and empathetically, Amama was dismissive as if I was the problem and not her staff, creating an atmosphere where my concerns felt unimportant and ignored.
What is even more disheartening is that she then moved to another till, where she was seen drinking a soft drink and leaning as if she was bored, further confirming her lack of concern for customer interactions and satisfaction.
She Najiba continued to exhibit a bad attitude and behaved as if I was without reason, showing a complete lack of professionalism and customer service.
What was particularly concerning was that I overheard Najiba talking to another member of staff and asking what I was saying. Her colleague replied, "She just wanted you to be present and wanted customer service," to which Najiba responded with derogatory remarks about customer service. At that point, I informed Najiba that I could hear everything in their conversation. She replied, "I am not talking about you." Nonetheless, I asked her for her name because I wanted to file a complaint, and she refused to provide it.
Following this exchange, the manager, Amama, asked Najiba to leave the till area.
This entire incident was very unpleasant, especially as a customer, to witness a member of staff challenging my presence and showing a lack of respect for the concept of customer service.
To make matters worse, when I decided to bring this issue to the attention of the store manager, Amama, I was met with even more disappointment. Rather than addressing the issue seriously and empathetically, Amama was dismissive and not assertive towards her staff, creating an atmosphere where my concerns felt unimportant and ignored. This only compounded my frustration and dissatisfaction with the customer service provided at TK Maxx.
It is essential for any business needs to prioritize excellent customer service and ensure that customers are treated with respect and courtesy. Unfortunately, my recent experience at your Tottenham Hale store has left me with a very negative impression of TK Maxx.
I would appreciate it if you could investigate this matter thoroughly and take appropriate action to ensure that incidents like these do not happen in the future.
Your customers should feel valued and welcomed when they choose to shop at TK Maxx. I hope that this complaint will lead to a positive change in the behaviour and attitude of your staff, especially Najiba and the store manager, Amama.

Nothing has been done about the complaint i made about Staff manager in store, she still treats me the same , did not hear about the outcome of the complaint at all,
What a waste of time that was, a slap on the wrist thats all she had, what a joke tk maxx complaint team are, dont waste your time making a complint to them .
Parcel force have not delivered!
Parcel force claim to have attempted to deliver my order 3 times & also to have left a card each time.
I have been in on every occasion. No one has attempted to deliver to my address & no one has left a card.
I have called your customer helpline twice & keep being told Parcel force will not attempt another delivery.
I have asked to be put in touch with some one in authority who can sort this out but am told there is no one .
Parcel force are obviously not delivering to the correct address ( I have asked to see a photo but there is none).
I am again awaiting a call back from your help line but am not very hopeful.
You & I are both paying for a service we are not receiving!

The Wathamstow branch is the worst tkmaxx ever ! Fitting room feels like border controls and make you feel very uncomfortable!
Staff rude and not interested ! Security staff grumpy look rough and think they are some kind of special forces .

Yesterday (between 14.05 and 15.40 pm) in TK Max area in Hayes town I'm became a victim Antisocial behavior , threats and became Disstress and insult, after verbal abuse . I'm can't go from shop because have Some panic attack after being buling. I'm need help to provide evidence to Counsil Antisocial behavior team. Thank you for help in understanding if you late me know what is a prosedure?
