I am appaled by the new returns policy that has recently come into affect at TKMAX. I have been a longstanding customer as I love a bargain.

I recently bought a dress at my local store but returned to the store within 28 days with my receipt to get a refund as the dress did not fit well.

I was informed that I could not get a refund or exchange the item as I had not returned it within 14 days. How ridiculous. I was fuming and had no option but to keep the dress.

I will be making an official complaint to their Head Office.

TKMAX IN Hammersmith king street The staff they don't speak English Very well no manner . Most of them are Moslym the manger employing he is on people.
